1. Introduction
Welcome to hybridtradingfx.com. These terms and conditions control your use of our website located at hybridtradingfx.com. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Your agreement includes these Terms and our Privacy policy.
You acknowledge that you have read and understood agreements and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) agreements, then you may not use the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the service.
2. Communications
By using our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt-out of receiving any or all of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or emailing at hybridtradingteam@gmail.com
3. Purchases
Suppose you wish to purchase any product or service made available through service (“Purchase”). In that case, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
We may employ third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if suspected fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.
4. Subscriptions
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Hybrid trading Fx cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting hybridtradingteam@gmail.com customer support team.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Hybrid trading Fx with accurate and complete billing information, including but not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Hybrid trading Fx to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
If automatic billing fails to occur for any reason, Hybrid trading Fx reserves the right to terminate your access to the service immediately.
5. Changes
Hybrid trading Fx, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify subscription fees for the subscriptions. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Hybrid trading Fx will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to allow you to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
6. Refund policy
If you have paid for the discord community and had access to the course material, then you can’t have a refund. And your card is billed automatically every month. If you want to leave the community, you must cancel your subscription before 30 days, or your card will automatically be charged.
And if you didn’t cancel before 30 days and your card is charged, then you will not get any refund. After the payment is made, you will be added to the discord. You will receive an activation code on your E-mail from the launch pass. Just send the code to the launch pass bot after receiving the code, and you will gain access to our discord.
You can cancel the subscription any time you want (use the invoice in your E-mail), but if you pay for the access in the community and you receive all the content and access the discord community, no refunds will be accepted.
Subscriptions are billed automatically every month, so if you want to cancel your subscription, please do that in time. If your card gets charged, no refunds will be given back.
7. Content
The content found on or through this service are the property of Hybrid trading Fx or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
8. Analytics
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our service.
9. No Use By Minors
Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of the terms. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from accessing and using the service.
10. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use the name of another person or entity as a username or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Hybrid trading Fx. This service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hybrid trading Fx.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.
13. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service and any service or material we provide via service, in our sole discretion, without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the service, or the entire service, to users, including registered users.
14. Amendments To Terms
We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
15. Acknowledgement
By using service or other services provided by us, you acknowledge that you have read these terms of service and agree to be bound by them.
16. Risk disclaimer
Trading in foreign exchange (“Forex”) on margins entails high risk and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not an indication of future results. In this case, the high degree of leverage can act against you and for you. We at Hybrid Fx teach you how to read the price action.
We don’t know how much you are investing or how much risk you are taking. Hybrid Fx will not be liable for any of your losses. All your decisions are your own, and we are not accountable for your losses..
